Digital Products

Our return policy lasts 30 days on digital products that have not been downloaded and 48 hours on products that have been downloaded. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you have downloaded the product in the past 48 hours and are still within 30 days since purchase, we can offer you a full refund or exchange of equal value if you are not satisfied.

Hardware

Hardware can be returned within 14 days for a full refund if the item is in its original packaging and is cosmetically new. If there are cosmetic or any other issues, your refund will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs back to our shop. We recommend sending via UPS, FedEx or DHL with insurance. If possible, you can add hello@puremagnetik.com to the shipping alerts (tracking, delivery etc).
